MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relators, Domino's Pizza, L.L.C., and Hugo Espinosa, have filed a petition for a writ of mandamus complaining of the trial court's September 18, 2009 order denying relators' "Motion to Determine Jury Questions."

The Honorable Brent Gamble, judge of the 270th District Court of Harris County, Texas. The underlying action is Manuel Leticia Umanzor, Individually, and as the Parents and Next Friends of Christopher and Jonathan Umanzor, Minors, trial court cause number 2007-39909.

We deny the petition for a writ of mandamus.
