Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. Dominick, who was licensed in 1985, was suspended for two years and until further order of the Court. He neglected 13 different client matters, converted $3,000 that he was supposed to be holding in escrow from a real estate transaction, and failed to cooperate with the disciplinary investigation.


Order of the Court:

The petition by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to impose discipline on consent pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 762(b) is allowed, and respondent Warren J. Dominick is suspended from the practice of law for two years and until further order of the Court.
