MEMORANDUM OPINION


In relator's petitions for writ of mandamus and prohibition, he complains that the trial court has denied his motion to dismiss for want of jurisdiction. Relator's petition is deficient. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3. Accordingly, relator's petitions for writ of mandamus and prohibition are DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8 (a).
