ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
An amendment to Rule 4.4(F) of the Ohio Code of Judicial Conduct (campaign solicitations and contributions) and a Temporary Provision for 2012 Judicial Candidates (compliance with judicial campaign course requirement) has been adopted, effective October 5, 2011.
The final version of the amendment and temporary provision will be published in the October 24, 2011 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
O'CONNOR, C.J., and PFEIFER, LUNDBERG STRATTON, and LBNZINGER, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendment and temporary provision.
O'DONNELL, CUPP, and MCGEE BROWN, JJ., did not participate in the decision to adopt the amendment and temporary provision.
