ORDER

PER CURIAM.

D.J.M. appeals the judgment of the juvenile court dismissing the juvenile petition against him and certifying him to be prosecuted in a court of general jurisdiction under the general laws of Missouri. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and do not find any errors of law. A written opinion would not serve any jurisprudential purpose. However, the parties have been furnished with a memorandum, for their information only, setting forth the facts and reasons for this order.

The trial court's order is affirmed pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
