M284875

ANGELA G. IANNACCI, J.P., REINALDO E. RIVERA, JOSEPH A. ZAYAS, DEBORAH A. DOWLING, JJ.

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 18, 2022, and February 1, 2022, respectively. By order to show cause dated June 24, 2022, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceeding on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511).

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.

IANNACCI, J.P., RIVERA, ZAYAS and DOWLING, JJ., concur.
