MOTION DECISION

PRESENT: WHALEN, P.J., SMITH, CENTRA, PERADOTTO, AND CARNI, JJ.

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is dismissed on the ground that respondent has failed to demonstrate that he has taken an appeal from the order entered June 17, 2021, inasmuch as the notice of appeal does not designate the judgment or order appealed from (see CPLR 5515 [1]).
