ORDER
On the Court's own motion, counsel for plaintiff-appellee, Amy Lee Sheppard, is directed to appear for oral argument at the 11:00 a.m. session on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, in the Grand Rapids courtroom or remotely via Zoom. Counsel should be prepared to address whether Appendix A to its appellee's brief was prepared by respondent-mother in this case given that it contains a different birth date and describes a scenario inconsistent with respondent-mother's circumstances. And, if Appendix A was not prepared by respondent-mother, counsel should also be prepared to address whether plain-error resulted from the failure to serve respondent-mother with the summons and petition requesting termination of her parental rights. See MCL 712A. 13 and MCR 3.920(B) and (G).
