Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 30, 2015, and February 24, 2016, and respondent having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Terrence C. Brown-Steiner, Esq., dated February 10, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of James P. Youngs, Esq., dated February 22, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that respondent submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 27, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
