ORDER
PER CURIAM.
Relator Mohammed Abu Deiab filed a petition for writ of mandamus through which he seeks to compel the trial court to withdraw its order of June 15, 2023, denying relator's plea to the jurisdiction. The Court requests that the real party in interest, Luz Orllana Gutierrez, or any others whose interests might be directly affected by the relief sought, file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus within ten days from the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.4, 52.8.
