MEMORANDUM OPINION


On April 9, 2001, relators filed a petition for writ of mandamus. This mandamus proceeding is reinstated on this court's docket and dismissed as moot. See Powers v. The Ancillary Estate of Juan Roberto Brittingham-McLean, 158 S.W.3d 518 (Tex.App.-San Antonio 2004, pet. denied).

Relators shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
