MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

On December 9, 2022, relator filed a second first amended petition for writ of mandamus. Relator also filed a motion for temporary relief. After considering the petition and this record, this court concludes relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). Relator's motion for temporary relief is denied as moot.

Relator's first filed first amended petition for writ of mandamus was stricken for violating Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.9.
