Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal from the order insofar as it concerns the disposition is dismissed as moot (see Matter of Jaxon S. (Jason S.), 170 A.D.3d 1687, 1688 [4th Dept 2019]).
