Order to show cause issued; returnable in Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division One
The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is ordered to show cause before the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division One, when the matter is placed on calendar, why petitioner is not entitled to relief pursuant to Penal Code sections 669 and 2900, People v. LaPierre (2013) 217 Cal.App.4th 883, and People v. Lister (1984) 155 Cal.App.3d 132.
