The notice of appeal indicates that appellant is appealing the order signed on March 25, 2024. The trial court clerk has filed an information sheet stating that the clerk's record will not be filed by the deadline because the trial court has voided the March 25, 2024 order. A copy of that order with the handwritten notation "The order is not void," dated April 2, 2024, and signed by the trial judge was attached to the information sheet.
The Court asks the parties to respond to this notice concerning the status of this appeal and whether the parties wish to continue to pursue this appeal. Responses to this request shall be filed within 10 days of the date of this order
