ORDER

Mark T. Boonstra, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to order and file transcripts is treated as a motion for a second extension of time to file appellant's brief in this priority appeal and is GRANTED. Appellant's brief shall be filed within 14 days of the filing of the April 12, 2023 and June 21, 2023 transcripts with the trial court. In granting the motion, appellant's counsel is reminded of the obligation to review the lower court file "shortly after appointment" to "confirm that the transcripts of all necessary proceedings have been ordered." IOP 7.204(C)(2). This appeal will be placed on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice to the parties if appellant's brief is not filed in compliance with this order.
