IN THE INTEREST OF D. C. N., a Child

From the 438th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2021-PA-00502 Honorable Martha B. Tanner, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PER CURIAM

This is an accelerated appeal of an order in a suit affecting the parent-child relationship filed by a governmental entity for managing conservatorship which must be disposed of by this court within 180 days of the date the notice of appeal is filed. TEX. R. JUD. ADMIN. 6.2. On June 28, 2023 and July 10, 2023, we ordered appellants E.R. and C.N. to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of jurisdiction because the clerk's record did not contain a final order. See Ne. Indep. Sch. Dist. v. Aldridge, 400 S.W.2d 893, 895 (Tex. 1966) ("[A]n appeal may be prosecuted only from a final judgment."). On July 11, 2023, the district clerk filed a supplemental clerk's record containing a final order. We therefore retain this appeal on our docket.

The reporter's record is now due. We ORDER the court reporter to file the reporter's record by July 24, 2023. Due to the time constraints governing this appeal, requests for extension of time will be disfavored.

It is so ORDERED.
