SCHEDULING ORDER NO. 13


All counsel for all cases in this multi-district litigation having appeared before the Court for a conference on February 3, 2005, this Court orders as follows:

1. A telephone conference is scheduled for February 22, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. to discuss scheduling issues regarding class action notice. Any issues that the parties intend to discuss at that conference must be raised via letter applications to the Court within two (2) days of this Court's ruling on the Defendants' motion(s) to stay litigation.
2. Defendants shall file and serve their motion to compel responses to their requests for admission by February 24, 2005;
3. Plaintiffs shall file and serve their opposition papers by March 10, 2005; and
4. Defendants shall file and serve their reply papers, if any, by March 17, 2005.

SO ORDERED.
