All counsel in this action having appeared before the Court for a conference on February 3, 2005, this Court orders as follows:

1. By February 9, 2005, counsel for Plaintiffs shall submit a letter report to this Court regarding discussions with counsel for the Defendants with respect to Plaintiffs' failure to prosecute; and

2. Counsel for Defendants shall file and serve their responsive letter report(s) by February 16, 2005.
