All counsel for all cases in this multi-district litigation having appeared before the Court for a conference on March 15, 2005, this Court orders as follows:

1. The briefing schedule set in the Revised Scheduling Order No. 11 is stayed pending further notice;

2. Plaintiffs shall file and serve their motion for reconsideration by March 23, 2005;

3. Defendants shall file and serve their opposition papers by April 6, 2005; and

4. Plaintiffs shall file and serve their reply papers, if any, by April 13, 2005.
