ORDER OF CONSOLIDATION
THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. — This Court has carefully reviewed the court files involved and finds that these two (2) actions present common questions of law or fact and that it is in the interest of justice that said actions be consolidated to avoid duplication of effort and costs. The Court finds that the requirements of Rule 42(a), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure are met.
Accordingly, after due consideration, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Case No. 03-81037-CIV-ZLOCH, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida; and Case No. 03-81000-CIV-ZLOCH, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida are hereby consolidated with each other and the two (2) cases shall proceed under Case No. 03-81000-CIV-ZLOCH, United States District Court, Southern District of Florida;
2. The aforementioned two (2) cases shall proceed solely under Case No. 03-81000-CIV-ZLOCH. That is, all pleadings filed hereinafter in the two (2) cases shall bear only Case No. 03-81000-CIV-ZLOCH and shall be filed solely thereunder. No pleadings, motions or other matters shall be filed in the remaining individual cases which shall be maintained only as skeletal files.
3. To prevent docketing discrepancies, the parties are hereby DIRECTED to provide an original and one copy for each case of every pleading, motion, or other matter filed with the Court.
