ORDER
C.S. appeals from the trial court's judgment upon his conviction of first-degree tampering, in violation of section 569.080 RSMo 2000. C.S. argues that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress evidence. We affirm.

We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and find the claims of error to be without merit. An extended opinion reciting the detailed facts and restating the principles of law would have no precedential value.
