ORDER
PER CURIAM.
Relator has filed a motion for leave to file an application for a writ of mandamus under this Court's original jurisdiction. He contends that the Hidalgo County Clerk has failed to forward a copy of the trial court's findings of fact and conclusions of law in relation to his writ of habeas corpus (WR-87,764-03).
Respondent, the District Clerk of Hidalgo County, shall forward a copy of the trial court's findings to Relator, or respond that a copy of the document has already been sent to Relator with correspondence documenting the date the document was sent to him. See Tex. R. App. P. 73.4(b)(2). This motion for leave to file will be held. Respondent shall comply with this order within thirty days from the date of this order.
