Opinion

No. 05-09-00312-CV

Opinion issued April 3, 2009.

Original Proceeding from the 330th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 04-00161-Y.

Before Justices MOSELEY, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in adjudging her in contempt and committing her to the county jail for the enforcement of child support and other orders. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Dupree, 118 S.W.3d 911, 914 (Tex.App. 2003, pet. denied).
