MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
This appeal from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York was originally assigned to Judge Sweet, who, by order dated September 19, 2002, dismissed it for lack of prosecution. The matter was subsequently reopened and transferred to the undersigned, having been described as related to a matter before the undersigned as Part I Judge. The Part I matter was resolved in 2003. The docket reveals no steps toward perfection of the present appeal. This appeal is dismissed.
