MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relators tendered a motion to dismiss their petition for writ of mandamus and writ of prohibition to the Court on October 9, 2003. To date, relators's have not paid the filing fee for the motion so the Court cannot act on it. No activity has taken place in this original proceeding since the filing of the motion to dismiss. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES relators' petition for writ of mandamus and writ of prohibition for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 52.8.
