ORDER

:

AND NOW, this 8th day of September, 2011, James Earl Conley, III, having been disbarred from the practice of law in the State of Texas by the Judgment of Disbarment and Order of the Board of Disciplinary Appeals Appointed by the Supreme Court of Texas dated November 28, 2001; the said James Earl Conley, III, having been directed on April 6, 2011, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and upon consideration of the responses filed, it is

ORDERED that James Earl Conley, III, is disbarred from the practice of law in this Commonwealth retroactive to November 28, 2001, and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
