ORDER
Before the Court is relator's October 14, 2016 petition for writ of mandamus. The trial court had not signed a written order at the time relator filed the petition. Relator stated in its petition that relator would supplement the mandamus record upon entry of a written order. To date, relator has not filed a supplemental record. We ORDER relator to file a supplemental mandamus record that includes a copy of the signed, written order at issue in this proceeding on or before January 11, 2017. We caution relator that failure to provide the supplemental record may result in dismissal of this original proceeding without further notice.
