IN RE: COMMITTEE ON BAR ADMISSIONS CFN-496855.

PER CURIAM .

Considering the unique circumstances presented, it is ordered that petitioner's score from the Civil Code I exam from the July 2022 bar examination shall be set aside, and the remainder of petitioner's scores from the July 2022 examination shall be held in abeyance. Petitioner shall be permitted to retake the Civil Code I examination (only) without any additional fees during the next regularly scheduled session of the Louisiana bar exam in February 2023.

Following petitioner's completion of the Civil Code I examination, the Committee on Bar Admissions is directed to grade this examination and combine this score with petitioner's remaining scores from the July 2022 examination in order to determine whether petitioner received an overall passing score. These results shall be released to petitioner at the time the results from the February 2023 examination are published.
