Considering that petitioner has failed to cooperate with the Committee on Bar Admissions and retired Judge Anthony Marabella, who was appointed as commissioner to take character and fitness evidence,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that petitioner's petition for admission to the Louisiana Bar be and hereby is dismissed without prejudice.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, in accordance with Supreme Court Rule XVII, § 9(D)(13), petitioner may re-apply for admission only upon a showing that she has complied with any and all recommendations made to her by the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program.
