Considering that this matter has remained on this court's docket without action being taken by the petitioner towards resolution since October 20, 2015, a period of nearly four years, despite notice to the petitioner,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that petitioner's application for admission to the Louisiana Bar be and hereby is dismissed without prejudice.
