Summary of Misconduct:

Mr. Colon, who was licensed in 1991, was disbarred. In connection with four separate real estate transactions, he represented conflicting interests, engaged in improper business transactions with his clients, misappropriated funds intended for his clients or third parties, and committed a criminal act by submitting false mortgage loan applications.


Order of the Court:

The motion by the Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission to approve and confirm the report and recommendation of the Hearing Board is allowed, and respondent Pepe J. Col6n is disbarred.
