MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator complains the county court judge has not taken action on her mandamus or ruled on her motion for stay. Relator has failed to comply with the requirements for filing a petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3 and 52.7(a). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8 (a).
