ORDER
By opinion dated November 16, 2016, we denied without prejudice relator's November 14, 2016 petition for writ of mandamus because the trial court had not yet signed a written order and relator had not provided a transcript of the hearing in which the court issued an oral ruling. After we issued our opinion, relator supplemented the record with a copy of the trial court's signed order dated November 15, 2016, supplemented the petition for writ of mandamus, and supplemented relator's November 15, 2016 motion to stay underlying litigation. In light of this supplementation, the original proceeding is no longer premature. Accordingly, on our own motion, we VACATE our opinion and orders dated November 16, 2016 denying the petition for writ of mandamus and denying relator's November 15, 2016 motion to stay underlying litigation, and REINSTATE this original proceeding.
We further GRANT relator's motion to stay underlying litigation and STAY the trial court's November 15, 2016 order compelling production of all emails between Eugene Moore and relator regarding the Ruhrpumpen lawsuit. Such stay shall remain in effect until further order of this Court.
The Court further requests respondent and the real party in interest file their responses, if any, to relator's November 14, 2016 petition for writ of mandamus and relator's November 16, 2016 supplement to the petition on or before November 28, 2016.
