ESTATE OF MARGARET BALLENGER CLUCK, DECEASED

From the Probate Court No 1, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2023PC00681 Honorable Oscar J. Kazen, Judge Presiding

ORDER

PER CURIAM

The clerk's record has been filed in this appeal. However, it does not contain the May 19, 2023 order appointing the executor being appealed in this case. Under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5(c), if a relevant item has been omitted from the clerk's record, the appellate court may direct the trial court clerk to prepare, certify, and file a supplemental record containing the omitted items. See Tex. R. App. P 34.5(c). Accordingly, we order the trial court clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the May 19, 2023 order appointing the executor from Cause No. 2023PC00681 in this court on or before September 14, 2023. See id.

It is so ORDERED on August 30, 2023.
