AND NOW, this 4th day of September, 2008, W. Eric Cloud having been disbarred from the practice of law in the District of Columbia by Opinion and Order of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals decided December 28, 2007; the said W. Eric Cloud having been directed on April 23, 2008, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and no response having been filed, it is

ORDERED that W. Eric Cloud is disbarred from the practice of law in this Commonwealth and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
