After reviewing the clerk's record in this case, the Court has concluded a supplemental clerk's record is needed. Accordingly, we ORDER Michael Gould, Collin County District Clerk, to file on or before December 14, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing the following documents:
• The Petition to Modify Parent-Child Relationship filed by Phillip Jones on May 27, 2021;
• Respondent's Original Answer filed by Cathleen Jones on May 28, 2021;
• Cathleen Jones' Controverting Declaration filed on May 28, 2021; and
• Any counterpetition to modify the parent-child relationship filed between May 27, 2021 and October 11, 2021.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send copies of this order to Michael Gould, Collin County District Clerk, and counsel for all parties.
