IN THE INTEREST OF C.J., M.J., AND P.J., CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 469th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 469-54733-2018

ORDER

BILL PEDERSEN, III JUSTICE

Because appellant's brief contains sensitive data in certain documents in the appendix, it does not meet the requirements of Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. Consequently, we STRIKE appellant's brief filed on July 11, 2023 and ORDER appellant to file, no later than July 31, 2023, a brief that conforms with rule 9. Documents in the appendix contain the minor children's full names and birth dates. The brief may be redacted by using initials in place of the child's name and removing the birth dates. See id. 9.9(a),(c).

We caution appellant that failure to comply with this order may result in dismissal of this appeal without further notice. See id. 38.8(a)(1).
