On April 26, 2023, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and an emergency motion for temporary relief.
Relator's request for temporary relief is GRANTED. The trial court's April 13, 2023 "Order on In Camera Review of Documents From CPS Energy's Privilege Log" is STAYED pending further order from this court.
Relator's "Motion to Tender In Camera Documents" to this court is GRANTED.
