Opinion

No. 05-08-01689-CV

Opinion issued January 6, 2009.

Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 1, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. CC-08-02775-A.

Before Justices BRIDGES, RICHTER, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred by ruling only on part of relator's plea to the jurisdiction and by refusing to rule within a reasonable time on the remainder of relator's plea. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown it is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 148 S.W.3d 124, 135-36 (Tex. 2004). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
