ORDER
CRAIG SMITH, JUSTICE
Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we CONDITIONALLY GRANT relator Pranav Chitkara, M.D.'s petition for writ of mandamus.
The Court ORDERS the Honorable Bridgett N. Whitmore, Judge, 193rd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, to vacate the Order Granting Defendants Hellas Construction, Inc. and Raul Arturo Ramirez Ortiz's Motion for Leave to Designate Responsible Third Party signed on March 1, 2024.
The Court ORDERS the 193rd Judicial District Court to file with the Clerk of this Court, within fourteen days from the date of this Court's opinion and order, a certified copy of Judge Whitmore's order evidencing such compliance.
The writ of mandamus will issue only if the Honorable Bridgett N. Whitmore fails to comply with this Court's order.
