Before the Court is appellant's January 10, 2022 motion for an extension of time to file his brief on the merits. We GRANT the motion and extend the time to January 21, 2022. We caution appellant that further extension requests will be disfavored.
We further caution appellant that any motion filed in the future must contain the required certificate of conference. See Tex. R. App. P. 10.1(a)(5).
