IN RE CBE TOURING, LLC AND CHRIS BROWN, Relators

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 61st District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2022-50234

Panel consists of Justices Jewell, Hassan, Wilson.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

On May 12, 2023, relators CBE Touring, LLC and Chris Brown filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relators ask this court to compel the Honorable Fredericka Phillips, presiding judge of the 61st District Court of Harris County, to set aside her April 13, 2023 order denying relators' motion to dismiss based on forum-selection clause and enter an order dismissing the underlying case.

Relators have not established that they are entitled to a writ of mandamus. Accordingly, we deny relators' petition for writ of mandamus. We also deny relators' emergency motion to stay.
