This is to advise that the Court took the following action on the Joint Motion of dismissal, filed in the above entitled matter:
"IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Application for Supervisory Writ of Certiorari of defendant, Treasure Chest Casino, L.L.C., a Louisiana limited liability corporation, d/b/a Treasure Chest Casino, be and the same is hereby dismissed, with prejudice, each party to bear its own costs."
