Pursuant to an order entered November 18, 2013, in JCCP Nos. 4154 and 4220, Defendants Bayer Corporation and Bayer AG have received approval for a settlement dismissing all claims against them. Accordingly, review is dismissed as to defendants Bayer Corporation and Bayer AG only. CANTIL–SAKAUYE, C.J., BAXTER, WERDEGAR, CHIN, CORRIGAN and LIU, JJ., concur.
