Opinion

No. 05-05-00979-CV

Opinion Issued July 19, 2005.

Original Proceeding from the 380th Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 380-54606-03.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial judge erred in denying relator's motion to dismiss the petition to modify the parent-child relationship and, alternatively, denying the motion to transfer venue of the modification suit to Dallas County. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown the trial judge clearly abused his discretion in denying relator's motions. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
