IN RE Order of Protection of Colleen CARRILLO, respondent, and Enrique Teran, petitioner.


Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order dismissing the appeal in Carrillo v. Teran , case No. 1-21-0962 (03/15/22) for lack of jurisdiction. The appellate court is directed to consider the appeal, including the issues of whether the appeal is moot and whether any exceptions to the mootness doctrine apply.
