ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The complaint for superintending control is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because an appeal is available to our Supreme Court from an adverse ruling of the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission, MCR 9.122(A), and this Court lacks the authority, as a lower court, to direct the Supreme Court or one of its arms to undertake an action. MCR 3.302(A); Scullion v Michigan State Bd of Law Examiners, 102 Mich.App. 711, 714-717; 302 N.W.2d 290 (1981).
