Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2004-CI-01231, styled Venesa Flores v. Irene Gandera Cantu, filed in the 407th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas. The Honorable Janet Littlejohn presiding judge of the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, conducted the hearing and ruled on the motion that is the subject of this proceeding.

Petition for Writ of Mandamus Denied.

MEMORANDUM OPINION


On August 6, 2004, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for emergency relief. This court has determined that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Therefore, the petition and motion are denied. Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).

Relator shall pay all costs incurred in this proceeding.
