IN RE JASON COLBY CALLICOTTE, Relator

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator, Jason Colby Callicotte, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, seeking to compel the trial court to hold hearings on relator's two motions for writs of habeas corpus, motion for Faretta hearing, and motion for court-ordered law library time.

The underlying case is The State of Texas v. Jason Colby Callicotte, Cause No. 1598938, pending in the 174th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Hazel B. Jones presiding.

We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. We dismiss any pending motions as moot.

Relator's motion does not comply with Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.5, 52.3, or 52.7. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.5, 52.3, 52.7.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Keyes, Goodman, and Countiss. Do not publish. TEX. R. APP. P. 47.2(b).
